At our initial meeting, Scott was very helpful in laying out a plan that accommodated all our “wants” while staying within our budget. He is not pushy at all, and although we were ready to ready to put down a deposit that day…he wouldn’t let us! He insisted on putting together a sample centerpiece to ensure we’d be happy with his work before taking a cent. When we came back to view the sample, we fell in love. It was exactly what we envisioned. In the weeks before our wedding and on our big day, The Flower Barn was a dream to work with. They communicated directly with our venue to coordinate set up and arrived at our hotel on time to deliver the bouquets and boutonnieres. They handled all of the details. The flowers were even more beautiful than our sample and I couldn’t have been happier with their work! “I called Cathay Express on Wednesday for a possible move on Saturday for my mom, from one assited living facility to another. The reservations lady I spoke with was always courteous and professional. At the end, I received a quote and an arrangement to solidify the move timing when I knew more. When I did know more the confirmation process was painless. Pick up was right on time. Most vendors I've asked to meet me at the location have gotten lost and been late because of that. Drink service was par at best, I guess if you don't order a mixed drink they are not interested if you need more water. Food is excellent and the view spectacular on the water.”
