“I brought my car in to repair a crack on a Saturday before a long trip. Nancy phoned to tell me the car on my insurance was not the same as my car - something I had not noticed on my insurance card that I had carried around for almost a year! She did not send me away to get it straightened out, but spent literally hours on the phone with my insurance company until every detail was cleared up! I didn't think of it, but she even arranged for them to e-mail me corrected insurance cards so I would not be driving illegally. She really went out of her way. And the repaired windshield was great, too.”

“After a day of waiting for a technician for my furnace (and him being extremely late), it was so pleasant to have Jason come the following day on time for my water heater. He was super friendly and helpful and kept me in the loop every step of the way with my repairs. If he said that he'll call or text you in an hour, he kept his word on that. He did everything in his abilities to make sure I was well taken care of. I work overnights and to have him be understanding and work around that crazy schedule was more than appreciated. I will definitely be using them again and have since saved Jason's number in my phone for those emergencies.”

“My first visit was outstanding. Very clean and plenty of parking. The wait was short. It had been dealing with one issue for over two years, another over two months, and the last quite recent. The doctor actually listened to my complaints and solved not 1 but all 3 issues in 20 minutes. She knew her stuff and helped me more than two other doctors I had seen elsewhere over the past two months. She was also very personable. Reception was very welcoming. The assistant was also so friendly and on point. I was so impressed with their standard of care I wish all my doctor experiences were like this. Would definitely recommend to anyone.”
