I came in as a walk-in, never being in the store before. The greeter was busy with a small group that just came in, so I walked in and within a few steps other associates were able to direct me to the proper location. I only waited about 5-10 mins until I was able to get help with my Mac. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.”
