  In December of 2017 I was looking for a bankruptcy attorney. My mortgage was severely in arrears—-over 8 years and a foreclosure sale was set for mid January 2018. Moreover creditors were hounding me. The crash of 2006 destroyed me. I had retained two other “attorneys” prior. Both were great at taking my money but did nothing to help. In fact one of them did not contact me regarding a conference wherein a deal between myself and the mortgage holding lender could have been forged.
  
  I Googled bankruptcy attorneys and found Robert Solomon. He had 25 reviews all 5 Stars. I met with Robert and he evaluated a very complex and critical situation.
  
  Robert advised me that the best plan was to file a Chapter 13 and a contemporaneous loan modification within the confines of the BK.
  
  At the onset Robert told me that after almost 9 years of not paying my mortgage that the chances of a mod were remote at best.
  
  Robert was very focused on my case and was very demanding when it came to getting him the papers he needed. His assistant Julie worked tirelessly on the file making sure she had an updated file for the lender. She was relentless. The lender was asking for proof of this and proof of that. It was constant. But Julie did not let me lapse into hopelessness.
  
  I was prepared to be foreclosed on. Reality was setting in.
  
  One morning in July Robert called me.
  Against all odds Mr. Solomon stated “we got the mod”!
  
  Needless to stay I was in a state of shock. Here it is October I’m still in disbelief.
  
  Robert is the quintessential attorney. He is firm in his assessment and even more focused on getting the case to a successful finish. He did not let me drown.

  From Start to finish Mr. Solomon and Julie made everything easy. I met with them the end of July and my case closed yesterday. Throughout the month and a half, they were extremely helpful. I am grateful for their help and will definitely use them again (just not for bankruptcy).
