Since my journey began 18 months ago with I Love Kickboxing in Carle Place, my life and health has transformed for the better. I have more energy and began eating healthy amongst other healthy regiments. I have so much fun and feeling great after every class that it doesn't feel like going to a gym. What I love most about I Love Kickboxing are the energy and care of the instructors. This place built a culture of no judgment, inclusiveness, and most of all fun. All the instructors know you and understand your individual goals and are enthusiastic to help you reach them. Between the instructors and the members, this place is truly an ILKB family.
iLoveKickboxing has really made a difference for me. It has given me the opportunity to really improve my fitness with instructors that actually care about you. When I was injured in a car accident, they actually took the time to work with me to accommodate my injuries. The instructors are great people, friendly and awesome to take class with. They will teach you each move and help you improve until you've got it down.
This place is hands down the best place to start your journey to losing weight, to tone your body for the summer, to feel overall happy about yourself and to meet new people. The staff are so friendly and I like the fact that although classes are big sometimes they take the time to go around and correct each individuals on their form. The place is always clean that I can comfortably walk barefoot. I definitely recommend you to try here first than anywhere else.
Summer is almost here and I was ready for a change! On a whim (and inspired by my friend who just started kickboxing by her home), I decided to find someplace by me. They had an awesome deal (and pink gloves!!) and so I signed up. After my first scheduled session (first session is with a trainer- i had Ashley in a class taught by Riz) i was hooked! The facility is bright, cool, clean and spacious. The staff is super friendly and motivating. They will watch and correct your form and push you to the next level and not let you cheat on yourself. I am so excited to find a place that will hold me accountable and an exercise that is actually fun
Best workout ever! After I finish a class, all I can think about is when I can go again. Every class is different, so you're never bored. The instructors are all positive and encouraging so you are always pushed to do your best. I am stronger, have more energy and losing weight. Try it - you'll be hooked!
