I've lost significant weight and cultivated discipline along the way. My stress levels have dissipated. A big perk here is the comradery amongst regular attendees and newcomers alike. Everyone is happy to see each other, and you can feel that in the atmosphere. I can't say enough good things. Highly recommended.

I have been coming to this studio for over a year and have made significant improvements in my flexibility, core control and overall mental well being. This has translated in my ability to squat, deadlift and workout much more effectively with significantly less pain. Highly recommend!!!

(March 9, 2018, 3:07 pm)I’ve been going here for years. They have the best teachers. The studio is clean and has a warm inviting energy and everyone there is super nice! I wouldn’t go anywhere else for hot yoga! Love it there! Highly recommend!!
