(August 10, 2018, 4:26 pm)I have been living at the Avalon for a year now. The apartment and grounds are beautiful. However, it is extremely expensive to live here. Some pros: Lindsay kraft (who is unfortunately no longer working at this location), Kevon and all the maintenance workers, Amanda, Andre and Patrick. They all keep this place running with a happy atmosphere.

(May 25, 2018, 3:14 pm)We moved into the building almost One year ago. The building is beautiful & immaculate. The staff has met all of our needs & they are all exemplary. Today we needed two visits to address different issues in our apartment & Kevin, as always saved the day. Kevin always arrives with his trademark smile and reassures us in marvelous fashion that everything will be fine. Thanks to his efforts everything always is fine. The entire staff of maintenance people, office people and reception people make living here a truly remarkable experience.

(May 9, 2018, 9:03 pm)It’s an absolute pleasure to be residing here at the Avalon in Great Neck. The staff never seizes to amazing me. Anything that I may need, the staff here goes the next step & they do it with a smile. Victoria in the Leasing Office is amazing & makes everything happen with no hesitation. Kevin from Maintenance is wonderful - any issue that may arise he’s on the job in a timely manner. Lastly, Andre from Concierge is so sweet & genuine, it’s always nice having a friendly conversation with him. I’ll be sad when the time comes I leave this residence, but until then I’m so grateful to have the staff here surrounding what I call my home.

(March 15, 2018, 11:45 pm)My boyfriend and I moved in 6 months ago and so far we love it. Really really friendly staff. We had the pleasure to meet Victoria and she is very helpful. Kevin and Andrew are great as well. We live on the top floor and it’s very safe, quiet and beautiful there. Great view of the bay. I like how they keep all residents informed. Amenities are fantastic and techy. Diverse floor plans to choose and each apartment has great lighting and high ceilings. Avalon also has some fun events from time to time. We really enjoy living here!
