Honest and straight forwards guys. Great service.
Get's it done correctly the first time. Honest about what is wrong with your car and is realistic about what should be done to fix it. I hate going to a car dealership for any service and Charles of Douglaston allows me to avoid them. There is no up selling and he usually gets the work done in a short amount of time.
Place is awesome last farm in Queens the produce is organic and fresh can't wait for them to have vegetables back in
Charlie and his mechanics always do right by me. Not the cheapest repair shop but the work is done right and quickly.
Reliable mechanic who guarantees and stands by his work. His work is high quality and he only uses parts and supplies that he knows are reliable and durable. Reasonably priced. Has a set of regular clients. I have been getting two vehicles serviced in his shop for the last three years. Both regular maintenance and two major repairs. Charles is the owner but he seems to be involved in the supervision and pricing of all work even when he is absent. Either by leaving prior instructions or by phone call.

I brought it in and asked how long it would take - they said it would be an hour but once they realized that I was going to have to sit and wait, they got working on it immediately.
