  I had the absolute privilege and honor to have worked with Ms. Charmaine Adams at Macy's Bridal Salon. I met her originally when I was purchasing a bridesmaid's dress and wow, how luck was I!
  From the beginning, Charmaine was kind, honest, professional, personable, and just had an amazing personality. She felt like a friend from the beginning, as we tried on dress after dress. She was patient and had an incredible sense of customer service. She answered every anxiety with a calm and soothing demeanor. I loved the experience SO much in fact, that I decided to go back when I had to purchase another gown, this time for my brother's wedding, as I will be his best wo(man). Not only did Charmaine remember me, but she welcomed me and my family back with open arms making our experience smooth and incredible. When it was time to get my dress altered, my tailor was a sweetheart who you could tell took time and care to make sure I felt perfect in my dress. Charmaine oversaw this as well to make sure I let as happy as possible. I will certainly be back for all of my dress needs, as Charmaine made the experience the best part out of everything we had to do to plan for the wedding. She deserves every ounce of praise that Macy's can bestow upon her. Thank you.

  Lily was amazing!!!! Listened to what I was looking for and picked the perfect dress right away. She was down to earth and a pleasure to work with. Awesome experience - would highly recommend ????

  I had the most amazing experience with the Bridal Salon by Demetrios at Macy’s in Manhasset. Lily and Charmaine helped me and my girls since the moment we walked in without any idea of what exactly we were looking for. They were patient and extremely kind, always smiling and providing guidance and advice. I ended up finding my dress here and also my bridesmaids dresses. The whole process was stress free and effortless. I couldn’t be luckier for the amazing staff there! Will definitely recommend in a heartbeat! Thank you guys so much!!!!

  Amazing service. I had Stephanie, I absolutely love her. The store manager was so nice and accommodating. Fell in love with the dress and got my dress. They treat you amazing. Would never go anywhere else. Such a pleasure to be with. Great prices
