Professional Physical Therapy

I have had an amazing experience at professional physical therapy in Great Neck. I have worked closely with Shoshana who has been outstanding in terms of performing a detailed evaluation, establishing a personalized program which has helped tremendously in a relatively short period of time, and providing guidance and answers to all my questions. In fact, the entire team is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and patient and always happy to assist with any questions or to provide guidance on how best to do the program. They work well together and are all friendly and supportive and their positive collaboration contributes to an environment of positivity and wellness. They have also been very helpful with scheduling appointments and sorting out billing questions. Many thanks to professional physical therapy especially Shoshana, Lindsay, Michele, Neil and Vanessa for all their help and for a great experience.

My experience at Professional has always been a good one. The space is always neat and clean. I travel 35 minutes to get to my appointments with Michele as she is the best!

Michele and the team at Professional PT are amazing. Going in after my first surgery, I was nervous because I didn't know what to expect, however, I felt comfortable and confident after Michele explained the whole process, treatment, and what I should expect as I progressed. Also, the staff always has an eye on you, making sure you feel comfortable as you go through your exercises.

Anna Chow has treated me for several issues, the latest was a rotator cuff issue. I have always found Anna to be professional, personable, friendly, kind and encouraging. I swear she has eyes behind her head! I highly recommend Anna for any physical therapy need.

Michele is the best! She’s my go-to for any injuries or surgeries I need rehab for. She’s really thorough and is able to make all of the pain go away. I especially appreciate her new and creative ways to keep me engaged in my exercises as I progress through my program. Also want to give kudos to Vanessa at the front desk for her warmth and kindness. She’s especially great at making appointments for me and keeping me apprised of any insurance/physician/billing issues.
