Robert Kurre personally handled the guardianship case, Medicaid application and estate planning for my mother. At a time of great personal difficulty, I was able to depend on Mr. Kurre's expertise and guidance in the field. The law firm is punctual, accurate and adept at explaining the intricacies of the guardianship and Medicaid process. Highly recommend.

Rob and his team’s knowledge and professionalism were exceptional. (March 11, 2023, 7:57 am)My experience with Kurre Schneps as I handled the duties of trustee for my aunt's and uncle's trusts was excellent. At the first consultation, Mr. Kurre himself gave initial guidance and introduced Michelle Dantuono, who would be our primary attorney on the matter. Michelle was fantastic throughout. She guided me on consolidating and gaining proper control of the trust holdings, planning for the distributions, and wrapping things up at the end. The draft settlement she and the accounting staff created did an excellent job of laying out the status of the holdings, the expenses, the respective shares of the beneficiaries, and what all of them could expect. All of the beneficiaries happily and quickly signed the settlement, so the main distributions went smoothly. Throughout the process, Michelle was insightful, practical, quick to answer my questions, and all-around terrific in providing guidance on issues that arose along the way.
