Before beginning, she took extra time to understand my lifestyle and habits to make sure she gave me a personalized regimen that works for me. She gives everyday tips and techniques that you can use LONG TERM for overall wellness. Within a week, I felt the tension in my shoulders diminish to the point that I rarely notice it.
