I received careful attention. Acupuncture & patent herbs affordable in comparison to other college clinics. Dr. N. Wang listened, understood & knew how to treat me and what herbs to recommend. I was quite impressed by her! THANKS
My first time there. Everyone was very attentive and gracious. They were very thorough and not rushed. I felt I was being taken care of and the treatment made me feel hopeful. Looking forward to future treatments. Definitely recommend.
I've tried acupuncture in various places, but receiving acupuncture at this school is not only the most feasible, but supervisors and students are fully engaged with your health. It is a student clinic so it is important to be mindful that the feasible costs are as a result of receiving treatment from students. However, as far as treatment plans are, supervisors are excellent in monitoring the points and meridians that are selected during treatment and the herbal formulas administered. I've recommended many people here whom have seen results that they haven't obtained in more professional settings because they don't often spend as much time addressing the correct diagnosis. Keep an open mind and try various different shifts. There are different supervisors everyday and there are a group of different students every trimester. Every supervisor has their own style, see what fits yours. Best of luck!
The negative reviews are unfortunate. As a current student of the school, and as a non-Chinese, I think you get what you put into something. No school is perfect and this one is no exception. You take the best from what is offered and leave the bad. I have found the students very welcoming and the professors professional and very knowledgeable. Sure there are exceptions, but if you try to keep the glass half full, you will be fine. The clinic is a teaching clinic so you are obviously being seen by students who are still learning. But a supervisor oversees everything. Reviews are just that. Go see for yourself.
