(June 3, 2016, 9:58 am)Dr. Rutkovsky is a throw back to the way we all want doctors to be. HE LISTENS TO YOU! he always sits back and lets you finish what you have to say and always takes time to respond and to listen carefully. he asks many questions and never overreacts which always leaves the patient with a very calm feeling. He's great! i have been there for several different and unrelated reasons over the years and he has always been spot on.
he is the exception to the rule....
