I have never had any such issues with this company and I praise them all the time to my colleagues. They stick to or exceed time frames and have always helped me out when I needed something fast. My orders are from one grille to 2-5 so not large orders. Maybe these reviews come from Home owners because this company only deals with trade. Some times people dont understand that.

To me they are super responsive and fast. Grilles are always perfect and the one time I had an issue which was a mistake on MY part they graciously helped me out and fixed it gratis which was a relief.

This is one of my "go to" companies for any type of grille. They have always been courteous and helpful to me.
If I need one grille or five I always get a fast response and shop drawings if I need them same day or early next day.
