StretchLab - New Hyde Park

Very good assisted stretching. Who doesn’t need that? Signed up for once a week, 3 month package. Looking for results to come.

Sheena is amazing. Staff is amazing. Liv and Susan are amazing. I have to say this is very helpful for the body. I feel great. Its almost like i feel a few years younger. Felt comfortable thanks to the welcoming staff.

Stretchlab is excellent & very ideal for people with issues! It is new to the assisted stretch game in NYC and currently it's still best for ppl with health issues, not lifestyle option (like Stretch*d), they focus on injury recovery and medical issues, their services are very rudimentary, prices are varied by duration only, besides their NYC location is too far; currently the closest is New Hyde Park, I ubered there the 2nd day I arrived NY, the service was great, but the roundtrip ride cost more than the stretch itself, so... This is best for schefuling a reflexologist to cone to your home, which would cost the same as if you ubered there yourself, so just get home stretch! Otherwise this is a back-up option, given how far it is. Another major plus is, there's a superb burger joint next door, so one can grab a quick bite before or after, if you decide to go there instead of call tjem to your home.

Better than any massage or chiropractor. Great for tight hips. Best upper body stretch I've had. Great for neck pain. Multiple Lowe back stretches for people who sit all day. Absolute must for athletes who don't stretch enough themselves

This place is awesome! I went in for a 15-minute FREE TRIAL and I was sold. I felt so much better after that. The stretch therapist was very knowledgeable and informative. I will definitely be back with my wife. Thank you!
