Went into Jovia to do my auto loan and was blown away by Tyrone Pertab knowledge and service. He was very professional and dressed the part. I will refer my friends and family to this credit union. Happy with my rates too

Amazing staff and service . They make sure you’re taken care of no matter who you’re waiting to see. It’s refreshing to have this level of customer service . The head of the branch came out if her office to make sure I was helped !

I had an amazing experience at this particular location. Everyone of the employees were so pleasant and very helpful. The bank manager Jackie Ramos was simply magnificent. She was extremely helpful, enthusiastic, and charming all while being professional. Even though I live closer to other branches, the experience was not quite the same that I had at the New Hyde Park branch. I am definitely always going to go to this branch and I highly recommend it !
