  The staff is very courteous and friendly. The storage units are actually more affordable then I thought, the place looks like a museum SPOTLESS!!! I’d recommend this place to store all your treasures and beyond! It does not look like a self-storage facility, it is so fancy and state of the art, LOVE IT!

  I've used them all traveling around the country for 17 years and Westys is Bar None the best in the storage business. Not only were the space impeccably clean and modern but good value for the money as well. Even when moving out I was running late due to a flight cancellation and Alicia was gracious enough to wait 45 minutes after close to give me more time. They are like the Chick-fil-A of storage where service is the #1 priority.

  The service at Westy Self-Storage is by far the best!! From the beginning of my move until the end their expertise and guidance was beyond my expectations! Alicia was professional, patient, kind, and knowledgeable. She was able to get me in touch with the mover concierge and the movers they recommended were amazing! The storage building is well lit, clean, and all the staff at Lake Success and East Northport made my move easy and stress-free! I would highly recommend them for storage and moving! I truly could not be happier with their service and professionalism.

  I was beyond impressed with the facilities; the cleanliness, the staff, every aspect was perfect. Rosa and Fara made moving into the storage room and out totally seamless. They were easy to communicate with and always available to answer any inquiries. I had an extremely late move in (many hours after closing,) but Rosa came in at 10 pm to accommodate the move and stayed until the movers were done. This was very much appreciated! I can only give five stars, but would give countless more....
