Everything was perfect! Easy parking behind the store, service was fast and super polite, they take Apple Pay which makes paying very easy and the pretzel was great!! I can’t wait to go back. I plan on going weekly. Perfect perfect perfect!!! Thank you.

Oh my, where should I even start, I love LOVE LOVE this place, the pretzels are so soft with the right amount of salt made to perfection 😩😩 never had any problems here, the pretzel are warm and soft and so just the flavor of the pretzel alone makes me want to shout in happiness. They are fast and delicious, looking very forward to coming back! This is the best pretzel shop I’ve ever been too, every other pretzel place has had hard pretzels that are burnt, but this one OH MY GOSH it’s so soft and warm 👅👅.

This place is just wonderful! I ordered the rivets and the portions were generous. The taste of the pretzels did not disappoint nor was the texture off. The dipping sides are the bomb ! I'd recommend getting butter cream, confetti and chocolate dip...but be warned, because they are hella addicting! 🔥🥨👀

I had a great experience here in New Hyde Park. My order was taken fast and I received my pretzels right away, which were warm and soft. Definitely my new favorite spot for a cheap snack, better than Auntie Anne’s by a long stretch. And don’t miss out on the slushies, they’re really good! The staff works fast and efficiently, so you can tell they are dedicated and hard working. Everyone seems to have a good attitude and genuinely wants customer satisfaction. I am beyond impressed and excited to visit here many more times in the future.
