Fathoms Hotel & Marina

Beautiful hotel, beautiful hospitality, beautiful location. Very peaceful with views of the water and love how they take your breakfast orders and it promptly arrives at 7:30AM in adorable little gift boxes. You can tell it’s well taken care of and no detail is overlooked. I had two young kids in tow and he was very kind to meet me by the car, help with bags, etc. Communication was seamless with both Steve and Cindy and make check-in and check-out a breeze.

Can I just say out of all the hotels I’ve stayed at this was one of my most favorites if not my favorite! From the time I checked in with all the personal service to the breakfast in the morning, sitting on the amazing deck in the most amazing robes they provide. Oh did I mention the comfortable beds!!! Taking a short walk on the pier with a wounderful cup of coffee just made you feel all the feels! I can’t wait to come back, the owners are like the cherry on top you can tell they love being owners and love making you feel at home can I give this place 10 stars !!!

My partner and I recently stayed at Fathoms for a quick (and close) getaway from Manhattan, and our experience was absolutely incredible. The owners Cindie and Steve are truly some of the best people I have ever met, and it's clear they put their heart into everything they do.

We stayed in The Helm, and the room is really everything you could hope for – from its outdoor seating area, to sweeping views, to luxury finishes. The room itself and bathroom are extremely spacious, and, of course, I can't leave out mention of the generous and creative breakfast box!

I cannot more highly recommend a stay (and many more) at Fathoms!

My family and I stayed at Fathoms Hotel & Marina just recently and we loved our stay! It was clean, bright, friendly and had such wonderful views. We stayed at the Windward room and it had amazing views. Cindie and Steve were friendly and willing to answer any questions we had. Their personal touch and engaging personalities make this place a gem! Breakfast was included every morning and we loved the muffins! What a treat to know it was from a local bakery. We love places that support local businesses! It was great to have the option to pick up your breakfast right outside your door. And when you have a child to get ready for school, time in the morning seems to always be short with us so those breakfast boxes were lifesavers. My husband and I took advantage of their complementary coffee and tea in the lobby. It was great to walk out of your room, make coffee and enjoy it on your balcony. I suggest booking a room with a balcony. Well worth the upgrade charge!!
The hotel felt intimate and private; while we did see and hear other guests, there was enough room for us all in this 6 room hotel.

Fathoms Hotel was a five star experience from the moment I parked my car till the moment I reluctantly had to leave. Beautiful spacious room with amazing views of Manhasset Bay. I especially appreciated the special attention I received from Cindie and Steve as I was traveling alone. The continental breakfast left outside my room in the morning was a delightful surprise! Will definitely return and highly recommend!!
