nicest and cleanest gym on long island, great staff and great owner

First time using this gym. Isn’t huge but has everything you need - most important to me was the free weights , bench ,and squat rack. Very clean, friendly staff, and new equipment, would highly recommend

My first time visiting this gym was Friday, July 2nd. I am very impressed with this gym and have been to my fair share. When I entered the gym there was a gentleman sitting at a table whom I thought was patronizing the gym that actually worked there. He immediately asked me how he could help me. I guess he noticed I was a bit confused because I didn't see my trainer. I thought that was very nice of him; he was not behind a counter and easily blended in as a gym member. While training my trainer provided me with a travel size bottle of disinfectant surface cleaner as well as a microfiber towel. This was to clean off the equipment after use. Everyone was provided this and you return it once your time there is complete. The icing on the cake was, one of the owners was mopping the floor. It had been raining and that was really a nice touch. This gym is immaculate, staff is friendly and professional. I would advise anyone looking for a gym to take a tour and hear more about this facility. I am very happy to see a gym that cares about the health of their members and staff.
