  I am happy to provide a stellar review for Zaino's Nursery and Garden Center of Westbury. We used Zaino's to design and landscape the front and side of our home. Michael Zaino was an absolute pleasure to work with; he listened to our wishes and was very attentive and professional. We are particularly happy with end result including beautiful shrubs, a tree, mulch, and overall landscape design. For these reasons I give them the very highest recommendation. They also guaranteed all our new plants for 1 year.

  This nursery is absolutely wonderful and the Christmas decorations around the store made you feel right at home. My wife and I came in for a Christmas tree and the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. And best of all, their prices were surprisingly low! We cannot wait for the Spring to buy our shrubs and flowers. They have the best selection! I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

  They have the quantity and quality, nothing but the best when it comes to Zainos! Not to mention their incomparable prices. And the service is exceptional, always very helpful and patient. You will not be disappointed with this place!

  I shop at many nurseries in the area, but had never shopped at Zaino's until this year (2017). I had passed it a number of times on my way to Hick's, but never stopped. This year, I decided to try it, and I am very happy that I did, because I not only found varieties of plants there that other nurseries didn't have, but the prices were also several dollars less that I was finding elsewhere, which I appreciated. Quality of the plants is very high and many are from the same wholesale nurseries as stocked by the the larger nurseries. I bought beautiful coral bells, peonies, tomato plants, phlox and roses there.
  
  I would give them 5 stars except for the outdoor staff, who aren't engaging. Since I generally knew what I wanted when I visited, I didn't need help from them, but at most of the nurseries I go to, when you show interest in a plant or put it in your basket, someone is right there to ask you about where you intend to plant it, what kind of light you have, soil conditions, etc., giving you an opportunity to chat about your plans. In four visits this season to Zaino's, I have found this consistently to *not* be the case and I noted other people having an issue with it, too, so be prepared to go looking for staff to help you, because they don't go out of their way to do so. Indoor staff seemed friendly enough.
  
  Another reason for 4 stars, not 5 - they don't seem to run (or at least advertise) sales and no one there has asked me about joining a frequent buyers club, which I belong to from the four other nurseries I frequent.
  
  All in all, though, a good nursery with excellent stock and variety.
