The Landing at 251

The Landing at 251 is great! I've had my workspace here for sometime. The building and the common spaces are well kept and clean. The interiors and the HVAC have been updated which makes it that much more inviting. The Wi-fi is amazing as well. In addition, the building is at a great location. Highly recommend!

I have been renting space for some time and it has been working out great. It is private and the internet is fast. Worth EVERY penny to get out of my basement office.

Wonderful workspace. We operate a playground company and have been renting space in this building for a few years now. The office/building is very well taken care of and clean. Very good location as well. Train near by, a lot of places to eat/drink close by.

Great workspace alternative to traveling to NYC. Nice clean office in a prime location central to everything (LIRR, No. State, Meadowbrook). I love the retro feel the owner has instilled by keeping a lot of the original workmanship while bringing the technology up to spec. The owner is personable and very happy to work out custom arrangements. I also appreciate all the Covid protocols put in place for a safe, clean environment.
