“I can't say enough about this shop! I have eight tattoos, from highly reputable shops in Brooklyn, Asheville and NYC and have to say Village is my favorite. Mark, the shop's manager, is incredibly reasonable and always strives to be fair in pricing. After paying higher prices and working with a douchey artist (no one needs bad energy going into their skin!), I was so glad to come here. I requested Jimmy after reading great reviews about him and am so glad I did. I won't go to anyone else! Jimmy has done four of my tattoos and always takes his time to make sure the size and placement are exactly how I want it. He also is great about communicating back and forth on design (another relief after having two other artists not show me what they designed until the day of), and really listens to what I am asking for. He is professional, talented and pleasant. He is meticulous and gentle - his tattoos didn't hurt (middle back, shoulder and inner forearm) to the point I was worried they would fade but a year later they still look great. I highly recommend this shop for its accessibility and professionalism and just can't say enough good things about Jimmy! Happy inking!”
