They actually care about all their patients and go out of their way to make sure you know that. This is a great place for anyone who is scared of the dentist.

For someone who is usually extremely uncomfortable and nervous going to the dentist, like myself, Dr. Hsu is super patient and gentle. She makes sure you are completely comfortable and relaxed. Not to mention she and everyone at Long Island Dental Spa are very informative. No longer dreading my visits to the dentist!

(August 1, 2018, 10:58 am)Yesterday was the start of my 1st root canal, having extreme dental anxiety as I previously mentioned, once again I was met with sincere compassion upon arrival. And it didn't end there, once in the chair I was handled with respect and kid gloves. Nancy, Dr Hsu's assistant was sooo attentive, when she noticed my clenched hands she made Dr Hsu aware, and more numbing was used. I have another session to complete the procedure and I can honestly say I won't have anxiety anticipating the pain I associate with dental work. Again, at the end of the day Jennifer reached out to check on me...I will be sending my whole family to Dr Hsu 's dental spa, they are all amazing!!!

(June 21, 2018, 12:46 pm)Staff are friendly and accommodating and extremely helpful with insurance info, appt cancellations/changes etc. Dr Hsu is very gentle and explains all processes thoroughly and slowly allowing room for questions and discussions. She always provides alternative options in the event that you’re a little anxious about what you need done. Highly recommend this practice, it small and family run so you don’t feel like you’re in a factory!!
