  Just picked up my new 2018 CR-V EXL from the North Shore Honda dealership and I'm very happy to say that my experience differed from what many people say is their experience while purchasing a new vehicle. First and foremost, my sales representative, Stuart Morrison, was the reason I purchased the car when I did. All intentions were that my husband and I were going to "shop around first" and then make our decision. However, Stuart is such an easy person to talk with that I knew that I didn't want to go elsewhere. Stuart is polite, and patient with a wide knowledge of the car industry. The whole process of test drive, negotiating, paperwork, etc. took very little time (unlike the "hours" that I hear about at other places. There was a slight snafu the morning I picked up the car regarding interior color (miscommunication on my part, I'm sure). Stuart hardly blinked and the change took very little time. Absolutely, a totally seamless operation. The following day I couldn't find the insurance card, so I sent an email to Stuart. Within an hour, I received a phone call from him advising me where to locate it. I would highly recommend North Shore Honda and particularly Stuart Morrison. It was a great experience.

  Been a customer since 2002.Vehicles purchased and serviced there.The service department is the best around, hands down. As well as the sales department .Just purchased my fourth car which needed a very quick turn around.Many thanks to Carlo in getting the ball rolling.He brought me to Bill the Manager, who then brought me to the Sales team (Charlie and Noel.And not to forget Eddie!!) who were very helpful and efficient. I also want to mention Pat being so helpful, as well as Chris from service. Every aspect of this transaction was smooth and easy. Many thanks to all.
  I WILL BE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE !!!!!

  So far so good with North Shore Honda. We purchased a 2019 Odyssey last weekend and we had a very good experience there. Our saleswoman, Donna, really went out of her way to give my wife and I a thorough test drive and assist thru the purchase process and pickup of the car the next day. If I have to do it all over again I would go back to Donna and North Shore in a heart beat. I hope there service quality down the road will hold up as well but that will be another review down the road.

  We enjoyed working with Donna in sales who was extremely helpful, and Phil the manager. Phil stepped in to help expedite our deal. We have worked with this dealership before and find them to be helpful and honest. They took care of all of our needs in an easy way and took the stress out of getting a new car.

  Our family has been going to North Shore Honda for several years. Stuart Morrison is our go to person. He has built a strong relationship with everyone in our family, so he knows our budget, lifestyle and needs. He always recommends the right product, and is there for us in all stages of the sale. It is always a pleasure to see him! I would highly recommend this Dealership and Stuart Morrison!
