Carmatic

Really good experience all around. I reached out and worked with Konrad who very quickly gave me numerous choices, various price points, and allowed me to have my new car in the driveway within days of first contact. No dealing with pushy sales people, no dealing with finance managers aggressively pushing tire packages, etc. i never plan on walking into a dealership again (except to test drive). Great work, and we will definitely be utilizing Carmatic for our future car buying / leasing needs.

It was a quick, easy, straightforward process that was completed from the comfort of our home from the first point of contact to the delivery in our driveway. We had the pleasure of working with Steve Y. who was incredibly accommodating and easy to work with. In addition to this, our Carmatic price easily beat the price of the same vehicle from local dealers without the stress of haggling or feeling like you are being taken advantage of. After this experience, I can’t imagine dealing directly with a car dealership again.

First time I've ever experienced a concierge car buying experience and I'm not sure I can ever go back to anything else.
For me this purchase took a bit longer than expected. I was looking for something VERY specific in a price range that was very narrow.
Every step of the way CARMATIC was both helpful and patient and everything was done in my home or electronically.
I didn't step into a dealership to test drive a car. CARMATIC brought the car to me.
I didn't go to a dealership for delivery, CARMATIC delivered the car to my door during a rain and windstorm.
They were pleasant and helpful and I would recommend them 1000 times over.

There was no haggling, no pressure and everyone I spoke with were true professionals. I know for fact that they they secured the best deal available. They really made the process so easy and I didn't have to haggle with the dealer. My car was delivered right to my front door at the exact time they told me. They took care of contact my insurance broker and getting me new plates. Overall it was first class service.
