Our local Firestone estimated over 100 for a full synthetic oil change, done for 60 at west John auto. Service is very fast, and the dedicated waiting room is very clean.

A friend of mine dealt with Hugo and also had a good experience.

I was in need of finding a good shop near home. I found this shop and saw that it had pretty good reviews and decided to try. My car had many issues and the check engine light was constantly on, so I dropped it off with Hugo the owner. Hugo called me and let me know of all the problems with the car and he was in constant contact with me for all updates. I've never had that experience with other shops and I really appreciate that kind of service. Hugo gave me the breakdown of all the issues and parts that needed to be replaced along with the costs before starting the work. I had some major work done on my car and Hugo and his team did a fantastic job and the price was fair as well. Few weeks after I got my car back, Hugo called me to make sure everything was alright with the car. That's some great customer service. You can tell Hugo really cares about his customers and wants to make sure they receive great service. I'm glad I brought my car here and now I've found myself my new shop. Hugo and his team are fantastic and I highly recommend them to anyone that's looking for an honest shop that does the job properly with great customer service.

Look. I have been coming here for over 20 yrs. Why? It is real simple. The repair jobs are always done right at a reasonable cost. If they are at fault (which rarely happens), they will get it right for you. Recently, my relatives in New Jersey brought their Lexus here for a job rated by a NJ Lexas dealer to be around $4200. WestJohn Auto did it at a substantially lower cost. Most importantly, the quality of the job was for sure rivaling dealer's. In July-2020, my Honda Odyssey suffered a collision damage at the front end. The body shop of WestJohn Auto (yes. there is a body shop on site headed by these good guys Aszad and Tony) did an amazing job in restoring the car's glory. Please see the uploaded photo. I know you will always find posts badmouthing all shops...no matter how good the shops are. That's just the reality of the world we are living in now. But please do yourself a favor, stop taking your cars to dealerships. Come here !!!!

Check this car before I bought it. Really nice place. I trust their mechanics. I always came here to let them take good care of my car, since 2013.
