I looked to see if there’s anywhere I can see before I purchase, didn’t want cheap Chinese junk. I called and spoke to jimmy, I believe. Explained the situation and he said he had everything I’d need. When I got there I met jimmy, he explained what I was buying and how it should be used. I asked if they actually make parts in house. THEY DO!!! Not everything but the liner and a lot of other hardware. So it’s a business, with employees that are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly that manufactures in house, on Long Island, USA!! Wish I had to line my chimney again!! Such a pleasure doing business with them. I have zero affiliation with them and I’m hard to satisfy.”
