I had an amazing experience working with Patsy who helped me purchase a new home recently. She’s the seller’s agent but she conducted herself in such transparent and integrity way it really made me trust her every step along the way. I had been looking for a new house for almost two years and never had a seller’s agent actually did their homework and had the houses they were showing inspected prior to showing the houses so they could better understand as well as explain the condition of the houses to prospective buyers as Patsy did. Patsy Tiu is one of the most amazing and professional realtors we have ever met, and we know a lot of them. We called her when we had to sell our parents house fast.
