  Chrissy is professional and extremely knowledgeable about all the aches and pains I present her with. I always leave my massage feeling lighter, looser and pain free. The atmosphere is calming and welcoming from the moment you walk in. Advofitspa has so many other services other than massage that I want to try like skincare services, reiki and other holistic treatments.

  I saw Chrissy after being very right in my upper back/neck area. She is so wonderful and knowledgeable. Was a great deep massage, made sure the pressure was okay, stretched me. I would highly recommended coming here if you are looking for a really good massage!

  I’ve had nothing but the best experience at AdvoFitSpa! Chrissy is one of the best! The massage felt totally professional! I was completely comfortable. My neck and lower back pain has improved! Highly recommend!

  I have had the pleasure of getting massages from Advofitspa for many years now. Swedish, hot stone, deep tissue, or relaxation. Christina is an experienced professional masseuse. I have tried many other massage places over the years, but hands-down, the deep tissue massage to relieve the stress in my neck and back is the best I’ve ever had. I just will not go anywhere else. A professional office with a relaxing atmosphere and a masseuse who works extremely hard to relieve your stress or relax your body is a winning combination. Christina clearly cares about her clients and their health. Just give it a try. You will be glad you did.

  I look forward to going to my massages with Christina. She always works on the spots that feel most tender to me. Those spots usually stem from somewhere else and she is always able to find them. She often squeezes me in when I need a last minute appointment. She always gives me suggestions of stretches to do at home.
  Her facility is neat and clean. She always has something new there to share.
