I understand if I was making a major purchase like an actual pool or something, but I don't really need an estimate or printed copy of the price of a winter cover, pumps, etc. I love their app and I like the way they handle sales and coupons and stuff like that, but I actually submitted a "hold" order a while ago and the app told me that they were going to contact me when it's ready for pickup. I never got a call. Didn't matter anyway because I ended up getting the same pump on Amazon for half the price. (IR was selling it for $299 after getting a $100 gift card - so it's actually $399). But other than that, we bought our pool here and overall they are great.
