Mike is always great. Several times his analysis over the phone was right on where a local shop gave me all kinds of BS. For instance a local shop told me once there was a major leak when I called Mike he felt (correctly!) that it was just windshield fluid I spilled while filling up the reservoir. He is fair priced and will let you into the service area to chat while he works. It doesn't even slow him down.

Note: even though the name says "transmission" he does all kinds of repairs. He is even going to replace a side mirror that my wife knocked off. Also, unlike most mechanics he allows clients to buy their own parts.
