ShopRite of Country Pointe

Today was a 5 star experience which is definitely not the norm. The young woman managing the registers was a terrific help. I was on line with a full cart when I realized I had left my wallet in my car, she told me to go get it and she volunteered to push my cart along while I went to get it. I returned just as she reached the front of the line. I should have gotten her name and I'm sorry I didn't because she couldn't have been nicer. It is for this reason I am giving Shoprite ( HER ) 5🎇'S.

I was very pleased with the costumer service that I received at this location. I am not from Long Island, therefore it was my first time being at this ShopRite. A young gentleman (I believe the name was Patryk) assisted me with my groceries and helped me figure out some things around the store…it truly put a smile on my face. Super nice kid.

I had a great experience at this supermarket! The staff provided excellent service, and I was impressed by the wide variety of items in stock. While the store tends to attract a lot of seniors, I found that patience paid off in navigating the crowds. I would definitely recommend this supermarket to others looking for a well-stocked store with friendly staff

Major props to ShopRite for handling the pandemic and shoppers as well as they did. Many shelves are fully stocked and I was delighted to find items I was not able to find in many other places. One lane isles are a great addition to store policy and could be something that sticks around long after this.
