Local feel hardware store with knowledgeable staff and unbelievable customer service.
I used to frequent this location when working for Event companies. I needed a UK made set screw for pipe and drape. Not only did they have what I needed, but they offered to order more from their catalog for my future needs. Amazing!! They saved my day and helped me complete projects numerous times.

They are a great hardware store. All the workers are wonderful and they always seem to have what I want when I go in there.

I went to the store to get 2 keys made for my car. They let me try the keys before I purchased them to make sure they worked. I am so happy i stopped in and that the Locksmith i went to literally 10 min before didn't have the blanks to make my key. Thank you for such a warm welcoming experience. and the hot pop corn :)

I have been shopping at Trio for years & I just went to the new location......I have to say it is very impressive! Same great service with a way bigger selection.
