(August 11, 2018, 11:53 am)Had a great delivery experience with my Model 3 here on my first day wit hit. Called roadside service after a piece of trim under the car ended up dangling and getting caught on something in a parking lot (I think it must have not been fully attached from the start). They had me drive over to the Syosset service center who got me right in, despite it being just an hour before close. They pulled the piece off and ensured the car was safe to drive, scheduled a mobile appointment to replace the part free of charge under warranty, and even put my car on the charger while I waited for them to wrap up paperwork since I was running pretty low. All in all, a really great experience in the face of what could've been a terrible situation as I was hours from home and there are no service centers where i'm from in Albany NY.

(June 8, 2018, 4:13 pm)The Tesla service center is living proof that Tesla’s service model is better than any other automaker by a long shot. Tremendously well informed, attentive, essentialist service combined with ultra plush loaner accommodations makes the experience of owning a Tesla even better. I will never purchase a vehicle from another manufacturer or service anywhere else.
