It was great!! All of the guys are amazing, hard working, polite and efficient. Alex and don were helpful from beginning to end, always in constant contact with me from the time of the estimate to the unload of the house.

Our moving was the easiest part of getting into our new apartment-with thanks to Lemkau! Reaching out to the moving coordinator was a breeze, and they also provided helpful moving resources and recommendations for furniture. We had three movers arrive day off, all of them were professional, courteous and careful with our furniture and belongings. The guys had a wonderful attitude even though our move happened on a rainy day, and made sure that our belongings were protected from the elements. I will absolutely recommend Lemkau to anyone in the process of moving, and will plan to use them in the future as well! Thank you :)

Had an excellent experience yesterday with my move from NY to NJ. The good experience began with the initial inquiry a few weeks ago until they left yesterday. Overall, very thorough, professional, friendly and efficient. Didn’t break any of my furniture or make a mess in my old/new place which was greatly appreciated. Also, they sent three men (Chris, Mike, Carlos) who worked well as a team and got the job done much faster than had it been two - which was what other competitors were offering for the same price. Highly recommend.

After interviewing and checking reviews on 3 moving companies, I knew that Morton Lemkau Moving and Storage was the best choice. I spoke with Don Manchester multiple times in advance of the move. He was responsive and prompt in returning emails and phone calls. He adjusted the quote after realizing moving from a storage unit was less labor intensive than from our residence. He was able to offer a Saturday move date saving us taking a day off from work. The 4 movers that showed up (Omar, Mark, Dario and Tony) arrived promptly at 9 am, and had the truck loaded within 2 hours. They treated our belongings with the utmost care. When they arrived at our new home they quickly unloaded the truck and placed our items where we wanted them. They were so efficient that the actual cost was less than estimated. I highly recommend using Morton Lemkau moving and storage for any move you need completed! Thank you to a great team.

Lemkau Movers moved my husband and I into our home 36 years ago and we had a great experience so we called them again to move us out of that home and into a Co-op. From the minute we met with Alex, one of the new owners, we knew we would have another great experience and they didn’t disappoint.! Alex was very helpful with scheduling which involved 2 smaller moves of some furniture to our son’s home . Everyone of the movers for each move was courteous, friendly and hard working. Our furniture was moved with care and there rates were very reasonable.
