I was confused about the process and how to navigate my way through all the insurance company's requirements and the legalities of filing a lawsuit, not to mention the anxiety that it was causing me. I had originally hired another law firm to represent me but I felt like I was bothering them every time I called and sometimes waited days for a return call. Mark Freeley was recommended by a friend and I could'nt be happier that I made the switch. Mark answers my calls personally and when I leave a message for him he promptly returns my call. He sincerely cares for my well being and does'nt see me as just another "payday". He is extremely detail oriented and being as OCD as I am, I feel very comfortable knowing Mark is on top of all aspects of my case. I would highly recommend Mark to anyone I know who might need legal assistance. I would also like to give a shout out to Kathy his legal assistant, who has spent countless hours on the phone with me, and has been nothing short of professional, courteous and patient with me. (August 18, 2018, 10:02 pm)After being wrongly accused of violating a town code regarding our family dogs, we took swift action to protect them and sought out an attorney.
I knew of Mark through a local animal rescue group that we both volunteer for and I reached out to him for a referral. Immediately, he offered to handle the matter himself. Within two days, Mark replied to the town's letter ( based on a vindictive neighbor's "say so"), with his own, strongly refuting the allegation and shutting down any further action from the town. Mark's love for animals was apparent when, being a personal injury lawyer, he still chose to handle our issue and we will always be grateful for his help in keeping Isis, Buddy, and Seth, safe. -
