Even when the office is hectic, she never makes you feel rushed and will answer all of your questions and explain everything in detail. She understands what it’s like to want to do everything you can for your pet, but at the same time, you never feel like you’re being pushed towards expensive procedures as a money grab. I feel she makes recommendations as if it were her own pet she was treating, and generally starts with a more conservative approach before suggesting aggressive, risky or more expensive options.
