“I had to put my sweet girl down today and felt compelled to write this review for this wonderful place. I am not the first one to struggle with the decision as to when it is time for your dog or pet to cross the rainbow bridge. Both Vets are warm and compassionate people. When we arrived the entire staff knew why we were there and the warmth I felt from the moment I walked in was was extremely appreciated. The Dr carefully explained everything and reassured me we were making the right decision. The experience for my dog was peaceful and she experienced no pain. As difficult as today was I left knowing we did the right thing and thankful my dog was no longer suffering. I hope I never have to do it again but if I do I would only go back here. Lastly, if you are struggling with whether you want to be in the room at the time, I assure you you do. Your pet deserves to be looking into the eyes of the person who loves them most when they pass on. It’s difficult but I promise you that he or her will feel your love and be comforted and you will feel at peace knowing their journey is complete free of pain and stress. Thank you Kristen and Cathy and the entire staff.”
