My daughters ordered me flowers just to tell me she loves me when thanking her she was a bit upset the flowers lacked the sunflowers. So I reached out to The Total Event and spoke with a nice man by the name Frank he assured me he would look into it immediately asked if I minded sending pictures of what I received. By morning upon getting to work I had an email in regards to matter and within the next hour I had the correct flowers and even bigger and brighter than what my daughter ordered. I would definitely refer this florist to every one of my family and friends. The professionalism was beyond perfect!”
