“I brought my car in to repair a crack on a Saturday before a long trip. Nancy phoned to tell me the car on my insurance was not the same as my car - something I had not noticed on my insurance card that I had carried around for almost a year! She did not send me away to get it straightened out, but spent literally hours on the phone with my insurance company until every detail was cleared up! I didn't think of it, but she even arranged for them to e-mail me corrected insurance cards so I would not be driving illegally. She really went out of her way. And the repaired windshield was great, too.”
