I've been experiencing the same medical issue on and off for several years now and Dr. Krim is the ONLY one who took the initiative to investigate further to find out what the underlying problem is!! I cannot say enough about this woman, she spent the first 15 minutes of my visit discussing all of my medical issues that were non gynecological related and even went as far as to print out referrals for me because she wanted me to address each one. Her office is immaculate, her staff is extremely kind and accommodating! Dr. Krim made me feel at ease during all of my appointments, she is brilliant, compassionate, kind, caring and very funny! Her response time getting back to me for non urgent matters is almost immediate! Never in my life have i met such an incredible woman- I wish I would've met her years earlier so that she could've been the doctor to deliver my four children! It is so nice to visit a doctor who treats you like a human being instead of just a $$$ Oh, one last comment! her son is an oral surgeon and I just went to have my tooth extracted and well, the apple does not fall far from the tree. “Dr Rahmani is a great doctor, took special care of my father after he had a stroke. He’s very personable and takes his time with this patients. He staff is great, but I took off one star because of the receptionist Yafa. She is lazy, inconsiderate, unprepared and very unprofessional. Does not know how to schedule patients for appointments. She is a broken record, upon each appointment, all she does is ask for “oh sir, did you bring us a referral”. Why is it that she asks when we’re standing there ready to pay our co-payments. She can very well ask when she is calling my father confirming his appointment the week prior. She is irresponsible and does not know the ins and outs of billing and insurances. We love Dr Rahmani and would not like to change but she’s had made each of our visits extremely stressful and not pleasant.”
