“I had a laser hair removal session with Karen and it was a great experience! ( First time doing this, and I've only ever had a wax once in my life ) For starters, the Carle Place location is so clean and aesthetically pleasing I was amazed from their walk through. Karen then greeted me, confirmed who I was and then proceeded to walk to the room with me. She thoroughly explained the service she would be providing .. they even sent me like a questionnaire sheet prior to my arrival to help lessen the appointment time and know some history about me in relation to the service provided. After explaining, we went on with completing the first laser session which was extremely quick and non painful just like Karen said. I would 100% recommend this place and type of treatment to all my friends and family.. I will be back for another session! Thank you guys again so much ! P. s give Karen a raise!”

“I had a pretty major procedure done with Dr. Eugene Rubach. I wanted to wait a year before I wrote a review because well, healing takes time and sometimes things show up a few months after surgery that may change your feelings. However, I have to say that I do not think I could have had a better experience with the situation I was in. I had acute Diverticulitis with abscess which they could not drain at the hospital. They treated with IV antibiotics. So after a month on antibiotics they said the abscess was gone. I was told I did not need to have surgery by my Gastro, He said I could manage it with diet. Dr Rubach said I could definitely try to deal with it through diet, but it would be completely resolved with surgery, and diet changes does not always work. Either way he told me to make the best decision I could and if I wanted to go ahead with the surgery he would do it. He was very straight forward with me about the procedure and what the healing was like after the fact. Well it turned out even with proper diet and exercise I was having a pretty regular flare up and was not feeling well pretty often. So I decided to have the procedure. It turns out he and some of his partners pretty much wrote the book on a laparoscopic lower abdomen procedure that I needed. It was in the middle of the big COVID outbreak and I was not allowed visitors. He was there for the 2 days after surgery making sure I was doing well. Which I was. It went off with no problems. He did a great job, and I am back to my old self. (while eating way better) I would 100% recommend (and I do) Dr. Rubach, and his colleagues for any surgeries in their field. Do your research. Get second opinions. My experience with NY Surgical Partners was great.”
