I have been with tempo for almost two years now, abrasive, unprofessional, and rude is a complete misrepresentation of this staff. I was once in your position so I have an understanding of where you may be at mentally. If you can’t get one over on people that doesn’t mean they are rude or insensitive. Its time to grow up. I dealt directly with Charlene over email and on the phone last week and she was nothing, but pleasant and helpful. She worked with me and we reached a mutually beneficial outcome that same day. I know I am not the easiest person to deal with, but the Tempo staff have always treated me with respect and kindness since day one. I suggest you continue to seek help and take it seriously. This is your life and if you are having a hard time with people who are truly looking out for you, it might be time to do a serious evaluation of your life and who you are.
