“I started training at TGs mid August 2018, when new management took over the training facility. I paid the place a visit more out of curiosity than any true desire to seriously train there. I was an athlete way back when and have always been fit and trained with personal trainers for almost half of my adult life. I am not easily impressed as I have heard, done, and seen it all. Fred, was extremely personable and friendly from the get go. He wasn't pushy or presumptuous, he didn't look or talk like a beef head. He conducted himself as a professional with experience, and knowledge in all things fitness. He made me feel comfortable and asked me some really intelligent and good questions. Long story short, I agreed to a Comp session and I was sold. Fred cares about his clients, he is passionate about fitness, but always puts his clients health, safety, and well being first. I want to blaze my 40 year old trail like JLo and he puts things into perspective for me, he pushes me and inspires me to work hard, but he makes sure that I don't hurt myself in the process. To sum things up. I feel and look great. I am motivated and inspired. Fred has taught me to train smarter not harder. And I am pretty proud of my 40 something tush. I am so happy I decided to walk through the TG doors. Fred is simply awesome! I highly recommend this gym, it literally has everything you can possibly need to train in practically any modality. You will be taken care of, respected, and inspired. I give Fred and TGs 2 thumbs up!”
