Money was a big issue and I feared the pain and discomfort of having a removable device in my lower mouth (I heard you never get used to the lower denture). I also am on a medicine which has a side effect that could cause osteonecrosis of the jaw after dental work. I stopped smiling for pictures and was seeing my cheeks getting hollow when my friend learned there was help for me. That help was Dr. Perlow.
