“I didn't really go there to buy anything.. three spanish guys started following me around and cat calling.. I got so scared that I just went in gnc because I thought it would be safer inside.. both the employees were guys. They welcomed me inn and told me I can stay inside for as much time I want until someone comes to pick me. Keep in mind that I had walked all they here from marshal which is few stores away. Those guys parked their bicycle outside gnc and were waiting for me to come out. I called my dad and when I sat in the car I saw they were still waiting for me outside. It was so creepy.. anyways gnc employees were nice enough and I felt safe and protected inside.”

“Best. Gym. Ever. I was initially intimidated to join this gym, now I regret that I didn't join sooner. Atmosphere is perfect, low key and friendly. There are no snooty vibes whatsoever. This is a no frills gym; everyone here is to work out and get fit. Also parking is a cinch which is just icing on the cake. All of the interval training workouts are different, and each coach/instructor has his own style which varies up the workouts even more. They are all fantastic and keep you motivated and moving. People of all sizes and shapes take the classes and the coaches help them modify accordingly. The classes run frequently and at very convenient times. The pricing is quite reasonable compared to other gyms I've belonged to. If you commit to going and attend the classes regularly, the unlimited plan is actually a bargain in my opinion. In addition you are allowed to use the gym anytime outside of the classes which makes it even a greater value. I saw almost immediate results as soon as I began the classes. But then I slacked off big time over the summer with my eating habits, so the weight stopped coming off. To re-motivate myself I began Cynthia Conde's (the owner's) clean eating nutrition plan, and combined with the classes the pounds are coming off again. Since joining eight months ago I am down about 15 (very stubborn) pounds and counting! I'm in better shape than I've been in 10 plus years. I am very grateful to Cynthia and all that she provides with this amazing gym!”
