“My whole family has been seeing him for over 30 years, many Chinese have been seeing him for so long. He was in Chinatown and now he is semi retired, so he only kept the Long island office. My mom who is almost 80 years old, willing to travel 3 hours each way (total 6 hours) just to see him. Not only because he is a great Doc but he is an honest doc. He doesn't really speak much, but he is kind, compassion, and honest with his patients. I know him because my ex co worker has been a family friend of his family. “I went to Complete Neuropsychology for a little over a year during 2021-2022. I would divide my time here into 2 parts. For the first few months I was assigned a therapist that was not mentally present for any of our sessions. They very rarely asked questions or had any valuable input. After about 6 months of our time together, they left Complete Neuropsychology. After their departure, I was introduced to Demi Kostouros. That's where my experience there changed. She listened but also challenged me, gave me practical solutions to implement outside of our sessions, and helped me to overcome some obstacles in my life. Unfortunately our time together was cut short due to insurance issues. I can’t speak to the other employees at Complete Neuropsychology, or if she still works there, but if you’re with Demi you’re in good hands.”
