“I have now been to Mr. Proper 3 times already since my previous barber got out of the business and I have been very pleased with each cut. I have only been to Sam and what I appreciate about any new barber I go to is that even when you tell them what you want, they always make sure and are somewhat cautious. I would rather the barber ask questions then make a mistake. He also gives his opinion which I REALLY appreciate. Sam takes his time with his cuts and is very precise. I am really glad I came across this shop. Some things I would recommend they work on: Timeliness. A beard trim/hair cut does not seem plausible in 30 minutes. I schedule an appointment to be seen at that time. I understand things come up, however, the first time I went I had an appointment with one barber and waited over 30 minutes and then the owner had me go with the next open barber. Granted, I still came back but definitely put a bad taste for the first time. This most recent time was between 15-20 minutes of waiting. Overall, great cuts and great atmosphere. But working on the scheduling/timeliness would make this an easy 5 stars”
